As a public/private partnership (P3) delivery venture, Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmvconstructed the new 250,000-square-foot, six-story Civic Center.The building maximizes usable space and provides a flexible and open office environment. Certified LEED Silver, it performs 70% better than a typical office building in the country. A steel structural system and precast concrete skin make way to an extensive glass façade, which infuses the building with natural light. The 300-person boardroom offers an abundance of space for the Board of Supervisors and doubles as a public event forum. A new two-level, 150,000-square-foot, subterranean parking structure sits below the building’s concrete podium and offers 350 stalls to guests and staff. Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmvis self-performing the robust concrete scope of work. The project is a mirror image of the County Administration South Building, which Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmvcompleted in 2019.
