In early 2021, Â黨ÐÇ¿ÕmvHawaii moved to a new office location in Downtown Honolulu. A design-build project, we utilized our own internal work forces to personally build out the existing 11,000-square-foot office space. It provides additional square footage for enhanced amenities, including multiple collaboration rooms and virtual conferencing rooms; a creative, open space work environment; and an inviting social gathering space. Our new offices also provide additional workspace for the continued expansion of our Special Projects and Self-Perform teams. To showcase their capabilities, we utilized their combined strength and expertise to meet our vision. They provided opportunities for constructability improvements, improved the quality of installation, helped control the schedule, and decreased costs
below initial projections. Their efforts demonstrate to our clients that we can provide these services as a value add to them as well.
