Registered as a Historical Property in Downtown Santa Ana, 黨ǿmvpersonally transformed the 91-year-old “Builders Exchange Building” into a modern working environment for 黨ǿmvemployees. Prior to buildout, 黨ǿmvperformed a major seismic retrofit, including the installation of 120-year-old Carnegie steel I-beams. With two stories above grade, the 24,000-square-foot office features an open space plan with 20 collaboration areas, private offices, and a spacious kitchen. The 10,900-square-foot basement has a parking garage, fitness center, and shower rooms. Work also included the restoration of the façade’s original terracotta architectural moldings, along with the preservation of the existing wood joist floors and the early 1900s-era exposed brick interior.
