Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmvtaps 30-year veteran to lead subsidiaries
Tim Kretzschmar, the former head of the company’s central region, will oversee businesses such as Timberlab and Â黨ÐÇ¿ÕmvEnergy.
Concord, California-based builder Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmvhas tapped Tim Kretzschmar as its new executive vice president and , which include Timberlab, Â黨ÐÇ¿ÕmvEnergy, Lindgren Development and National Building Specialties, according to a June 11 news release from the firm.
Kretzschmar has more than 30 years of construction experience and has been with Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmvsince June 2014 as an operations manager, according to the release. Before that, he was senior vice president of Sparks, Nevada-based Q&D Construction’s building division, according to his LinkedIn. Most recently, he was the manager of Swinerton’s central region, which includes Denver, Dallas and Austin, Texas.
